Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Google sign-in: your name, email and account ID, used only to log you in and own your data.
• Player profile: the name, @username, role, city, stats and optional photo you enter. Your @username and stats are public.
• Phone number (optional): kept private unless you choose to display it publicly. It is never shown in team profiles.
• Match data: scores, teams and tournaments you create.
• Cookies and similar storage: to keep you signed in, save an in-progress match, and remember your cookie choice.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense. Ads load only after you accept cookies. Google may use cookies to show and measure ads; see Google's ad policy. If you decline, no ads are loaded.

How we use data

To run the app, show public leaderboards and player passports, prevent abuse, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, Google/Firebase) who process it on our behalf. We disclose data if required by law.

Your choices

You can view and edit your profile in the app. To delete your account or data, email us from your registered address and we will act on the request within a reasonable time. You may withdraw cookie consent by clearing site data in your browser.

Children

ScoringDeck is not directed at children under 13. Players under 18 should use it with a parent or guardian's permission.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
